Do you sell to the public?

LPP is a strictly trade printer. That means we only sell to print resellers / print brokers. You must be an approved reseller of printing to use our website. LPP does everything it can to make sure end users do not have access to our pricing.

How do I setup an account?

Simply click the NEW REGISTER link in the top right corner of our home page and fill out a short application. We will need a valid resale form on file and verification that you are a reseller of printing before we can activate your account.

What is a custom job?

A custom job is a job not ordered using the LPP online store. A custom job requires more hands on work to process your order as it is not processed automatically using our online order system.

What file formats are accepted?
The preferred method of receiving files ready to print is PDF files.

All transparencies should be flattened. Quality should be Set to print quality.

We can also accept AI (Adobe Illustrator), .PSD (Adobe Photoshop), .EPS, JPEG or .TIF files.

Images should be a minimum of 300 DPI.

What color specs should files be created in?

All full color printing should be sent in CYMK. Files submitted in RGB or Pantone color mode will need to be converted to CYMK and will cause a color shift when the conversion takes place.

Any spot color (PMS) files should have to the PMS color in the file, not RGB or CYMK.

Do you have templates?

Yes, we have templates available for all products. To request a template see Templates under the services menu on our home page.
